The first is the launch of e-stores. This is new program with Avon Canada since August 2018 It is a link that you are provided, that enables anyone to automatically sign up as your customer or representative anywhere across Canada. This makes recruiting team members easier! Also if you have a customer or relative that wants to order Avon, but lives several provinces away, this makes it possible for them to order under you and have it shipped to them directly. This was a very important tool for Avon to put into place, as most of the other direct selling companies have an e-store. I believe its crucial to a good solid business.
The second reason I believe its a great time to join Avon Canada, is because of the products. Avon provides such a variety of products from makeup, fashion, jewelry, to home decor. They recently just launched an essential oil line, which is very exciting and will compete well in the marketplace. Avon is planning to launch new health and wellness products within the next year also. I like that Avon is providing products that appeal to the newer, younger Avon customer, as well as the more traditional one.
